Heineken brewery & canning complex, Hanoi

Scope

Managed the entire construction of a large-capacity brewery and industrial complex on a 30 ha reclaimed site: land reclamation, complex piling and foundations, single and multi-storey composite buildings, roads and drainage, process equipment installation.

Contractual administration and financial control of all works: budgets for interim, final and variation accounts; direction of subcontracts with up to 600 site personnel.

Outcome

Brewery completed and handed over; compliance with local legislation and safety policy maintained through ministry liaison.
